Double layer industrial grade vinyl with polyester scrim reinforcement is used to construct the underside liner of our hot tub covers.
Our unique insulating foam baffle that runs the length of the center fold provides increased heat retention.
We use high quality Expanded Polystyrene Foam and it is CFC free
Constructed with aluminum c-channels running the length of the fold for additional strength.
Four Tie Down Straps meet ASTM standards (with Key Locks to secure the cover)
