Thanks for this, Scott. I may have fixed my problem now that I have been able to remove my heater. As I said before, we had the broken coupling glued and it lasted a year (and would have lasted more had I not bumped it when I installed the new pump). I will try to re-install the existing heater to see if it will hold/work, failing which I now know that I can get the heater from you.
You have been most helpful and if you need a testimonial, I am very happy to provide one.
Got the spa pack on Thursday and installed it right away. All works great and the wife and I were in 104 degree luxury several times on the weekend.

It fits like a glove and is probably about a quarter of the weight of the old one.
My husband was shocked to see that it was the company he used to deal with when he did pools.
I am looking for filters for my hot tub and wondered if you stock them and what the charge is for

As the temperatures continue to plummet this afternoon (and it looks like we’re into the sub-freezing zone for the next several days, including some very cold nights), it was great to get things repaired and properly operational again today. I use my spa year-round, and have never gone through the process of winterizing one. I certainly wasn’t looking forward to *having* to deal with that simply because I couldn’t get the part that I needed (I tried a number of sources before Google led me to you).
